I developed a new WordPress website for DCS, translating Xavier’s designs into a responsive presentation of the Mauritian dry-cleaning company’s services and approach.

## Context and brief

DCS needed its website to reflect the quality of its garment-care business and communicate its services more clearly. The brief called for a modern presentation that also gave space to the company’s approach to environmentally conscious dry cleaning.

Business With Innovation commissioned the project and brought Xavier and me into the delivery team. The designs initially used placeholder content, so the build had to accommodate copy and imagery as they became available.

## My contribution

Xavier handled the UI design, and I took responsibility for development. I built the site in WordPress using Elementor Pro, keeping layouts flexible enough to adjust as the final material arrived.

That involved revisiting spacing, section structure, and content flow during the build. I also kept the implementation lean, limiting plugins and scripts and refining the layouts for desktop and mobile.

## What was delivered

The completed website gave DCS a refreshed platform for explaining its services, presenting its brand, and directing visitors towards the business. Its page structure brought together the company’s story and service information in a consistent format.

The project centred on a practical redesign: turning the supplied design direction and evolving content into a working website that the company could use as its public-facing reference.
