## What to know before you start

Can you look after a site you did not build?

Yes. Most of the sites I look after were built by someone else. The health check tells us what we are working with.

What happens if my site is hacked?

I restore it from a clean backup or clean it in place, close the gap the attacker used and check that search engines have not flagged it.

Do you provide hosting?

I can set up and manage hosting in your name, or work with your current host if it is reliable.

Is there a long contract?

Care plans run month to month after an initial period. You keep every login and can move on at any time.
